Terms & Conditions

Welcome and thank you for visiting www.thechoreconcierge.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) and The Chore Concierge Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services. By making an enquiry, booking a consultation or paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms outline how we work and what you can expect when booking a service with The Chore Concierge. Full Terms are provided to all confirmed clients prior to the commencement of services.

1. Services provided

The Chore Concierge provides luxury home cleaning and home care services, including regular cleaning, deep cleans, home resets, holiday cleaning, Airbnb and short-let changeovers, post-renovation cleans and bespoke one-off services.

Services are delivered based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to scope may result in additional charges.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

All pricing is based on the details provided by the client. If the condition or size of the property differs from what was disclosed, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late or unpaid invoices may result in future bookings being declined.

3. ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is unavailable, the booking may be charged in full.

If keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions are provided, clients are responsible for ensuring these are accurate and up to date.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be charged in full.

 

If we must cancel due to illness or emergency we will offer an alternative date.

5. STANDARDS & RESULTS

Every effort is made to deliver services to an exceptional standard. However, results may vary depending on the condition of the property, surfaces and fixtures.

The Chore Concierge is not responsible for wear, pre-existing damage or deterioration due to age, poor maintenance or normal use.

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

6. CLIENT BELONGINGS

All homes and belongings are treated with care and respect. We cannot be held responsible for items that are fragile, unstable, already damaged or unsuitable for standard cleaning methods unless disclosed in advance.

7. CLEANING PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, The Chore Concierge supplies professional cleaning products and equipment.

Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences.

8. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

We cannot accept liability for damage caused by age fragility or pre-existing defects. Clients are advised to have appropriate home and contents insurance.
